ABUKAIs receipt scanner eliminates all the cumbersome work associated with creating expense reports and business expenses including typing data from receipts, categorizing expenses and looking up exchange rates. ABUKAI will "automagically” create your expense report and email it to you once you submit your receipts.

Downloading the ABUKAI Expenses mobile scanner application is completely free, and includes 12 expense reports/year (counted as sets of 10 receipts). Additional expense report submissions or customization require subscription to an ABUKAI Expenses account plan.

Do you require customizations or have a different expense report template?

With the standard version available for download, you will receive expense reports via email in Excel and PDF. ABUKAI can tailor reports to your company’s existing Excel format or directly post your expenses into your companys expense web portal, document management system or ERP system. For example, ABUKAI can directly post your expenses into tools such as Exact, FreshBooks, Intacct, MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Accounting. This application is a true time saver. No more messy receipts and manual mistakes when processing expenses.
Really great app to take the pain out off expense reporting, great customer care too - i had a small issue and they fixed it immediately
Nearly perfect app. It would be good if it could bundle receipts belonging to one project or trip, but I really enjoy as I dont have to carry all the receipts with me (and dont lose any) simply shoot a picture the minute I get the receipt and write 3 words to it if what it is. Done.

This is by for the easiest and best app for making expense reports!! Highly recommended to anyone who needs to keep track of expenses for work or personal use. You will not be disappointed!!!
I use it with FreshBooks and only have to add GST and category after my download

Some bad moments

So I need to upload all my receipts to your servers? yes of course I trust you fully! And for using it full time an in-app buy of 89,99€???? Are you nuts? Then I rather take numbers and sit there for 1-2 hours and type it in myself.
Uploads receipts to their server for processing. Only works 3 times per email before you have to upgrade your account.
I selected Abukai as our small companys solution for employee expenses because of the integration with our Xero accounting system. When it works, its great. However, the service has been plagued by glitches and bugs and usability problems. With the release of the most recent update, the app has become unusable. Im not happy with the quality of the app, but the support has been good. The jury is still out, but Im hopeful they can turn things around.
I found the app to be very good. I paid for the upgrade ( not cheap ). Someone decided to do an upgrade and relaunched the app without the ability to take a picture. The camera will launch but the "clic" button has disappeared from the upgrade. Still waiting for a fix and/or refund. As of June 1,2013 camera function wont work on iPhone 5.
Unable to create account after multiple trials. Received an email from manager asking if all was ok with the app. Said it didnt work and received un helpful information. App Deleted.
I have a hard time with your app since I want to input more info or see how the invoice look like after uploading but is not options at all
